Home |        Strategic Planning Workshop for the Faculty of Agriculture at Kamphaeng Saen SDGs      Place : at the Multipurpose Conference Room, Faculty of Agriculture at Kamphaeng Saen Date : 13-01-2569Time : 00.00 น.      On Tuesday, 13 January 2026, the Faculty of Agriculture at Kamphaeng Saen organized a Strategic Planning Workshop for the formulation and review of the Faculty’s Strategic Plan and Action Plan, focusing on the review of strategic and operational performance indicators. The workshop was officially opened by Assistant Professor Dr. Chaisit Thongjoo, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture at Kamphaeng Saen, who also participated in the meeting. The event was held at the Multipurpose Conference Room, Faculty of Agriculture at Kamphaeng Saen. The workshop brought together the faculty’s executive team, academic staff, section heads, and personnel to collectively brainstorm and exchange views. The objectives were to review and finalize key performance indicators related to the Faculty’s vision, mission, strategies, and target values, as well as to review the action plans, including projects/activities, indicators, and target outcomes. During the session, Ms. Yupin Krisadathanadol, Acting Head of the Faculty Secretariat Office, provided relevant background information. A review of the Human Resource (HR) Plan under each strategic pillar was presented by Assistant Professor Kawalin Srijan, Associate Dean for Administration. This was followed by a summary of collective inputs and the review of strategic indicators and action plans (projects, activities, indicators, and targets) under Strategies 1–4. The review and revision of the Faculty’s Strategic and Action Plans were conducted to ensure alignment with the current context and to serve as a clear operational framework for the Faculty of Agriculture at Kamphaeng Saen. The updated plans will also align with the Kasetsart University Strategic Plan and the Kasetsart University Kamphaeng Saen Campus Strategic Plan for the Fiscal Year 2026.
