The Organizing Committee of The 4th China-ASEAN Horticultural Product Postharvest Conferencehas set the following guidelines for abstract submission:

Guidelines for Oral Presentations

Each oral presentation is allotted 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions and answers, totaling 15 minutes.

Presenters must submit their PowerPoint file (MS PowerPoint) and test it on the provided computer system at least 3 hours before their scheduled presentation.

Presentation equipment including a notebook computer and projector will be provided by the organizers.

Guidelines for Poster Presentations

Poster size: 90 cm wide and 110 cm high

Please present your poster in English

To encourage academic interaction, presenters are kindly requested to include a photo of themselves at the top right corner of the poster and be present at their poster during the designated session.

Poster setup time: Morning of November 3, 2025

*Please note: Posters cannot be set up in advance on November 2, 2025.*

Full Paper Submission

Presenters are required to upload their full paper manuscript in both Word (.doc/.docx) and PDF formats on or before September 1, 2025
